ایزوپسفی (Isopsephy)، روش باستانی یونانی برای محاسبه مقدار عددی کلمات با استفاده از الفبای 24 حرفی یونانی است. خود فیثاغورس از این روش استفاده میکرد.

ایزوپسفی (از یونانی «isos»=برابر، «psephos»=سنگریزه) پیشگام هم Gematria عبری و هم نومرولوژی مدرن است. هر حرف یونانی مقداری از Alpha=1 تا Omega=800 دارد. فیثاغورس و پیروان او از ایزوپسفی برای کشف هماهنگی ریاضیاتی در زبان استفاده میکردند.
